I have been working in data processing for most of the years after high school. I retired in 2005 and back working in 2006. Have a wonderful dog - a yellow lab. Planning to live in the Sierra Foothills when I finally really quit working. Looking forward to seeing all my old friends - sorry if I forget your names. Remind me who you are when we see each other.

WOW! 40 years, it doesn't seem possible! I worked as a Registereed Dietitian for 20 years, and am now with USDA-Food and Nutrition Service -in the Food Stamp Program. I will be eligible to retire at 60 as will my husband. That's in a little over 2 years. We plan to leave Colorado(not my favorite place to live!) and retire possibly in Florida. We have a son who lives in Seattle. I would love to see everyone, but am unsure if I will make it to the reunion at this time. Hopefully, I will be there!

Sorry to say that it looks like I will miss the reunion.  There are other commitments that I have not been able to completely change.  Hope that it is as much fun as the last one. Will someone post pictures so those of us who cannot make it will know what we missed. Maybe I will have better luck at the next reunion. Good luck to all.
We were told that back in the 60’s don’t due drugs and now that we are nearing 60 we are told we need to do drugs. Hope that everyone is doing great.

From Kristal:
I am looking forward to seeing everyone again. I never married, but I have been with my "significant other" for over 20 years. I worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 30 years, and after they merged with the UP Railroad and relocated to St. Louis, I left and went back to school. I am now the Deputy Director for a legal services company. Although I have no children of my own, I helped raise two of my partners three daughters. His oldest is expecting her fifth and sixth (twin boys), in February. See all of you in July.

Hi Everyone!
40 years - gulp!  I never imagined myself this old, but here I am - married for 34 years, two daughters (oldest is getting married in March), and retired.  After high school, got my BA in Psych from UOP in Stockton, then started working for the Alameda County Office of Education in 1972.  Eventually,  got a Special Ed teaching credential and my MA, and  during the last half of my career, I have been working in a program for special needs infants/toddlers.  Officially retired last year after 34 years with the County office, but have been working a few days a week to train staff.
Looking forward to this reunion (first one that I have attended) and hearing about everyone's lives.  Please forgive me, though, if my memories of high school are a little hazy!
